Shipping policy

1. Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States (48 contiguous states + Hawaii & Alaska). Please email us your order if you wish to have it shipped elsewhere and we can ship it "at cost".


2. What is your shipping method?

We ship orders via US Priority Mail using the least amount of packaging material possible. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us via email for overnight shipping pricing. All orders shipped overnight, regardless of amount spent, will be incurred by the customer.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of payment on business days only (Monday - Friday). US Priority Mail then takes 2-4 days depending on your distance from Cleveland, OH.


4. How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. The note will include a link to USPS tracking information. The USPS tracking number can be checked periodically to see where your package is in transit.
